**48-Hour Cancellation Policy** I reserve time specifically for you, which means I also turn away other clients who would love that appointment. If you cancel, reschedule, or do not show up with less than **48 hours' notice**, you will be charged **100% of the scheduled service**. I truly understand that unexpected things come up. To keep things fair for all of my clients and to protect my small business, this policy is applied consistently. Thank you for understanding and for helping me keep Alchemy running smoothly.
